How do I upload my pet's photo?

On the product page, you'll find the "Upload Pet Photo" option. Simply upload a clear, front-facing photo of your pet, and we'll carefully set it inside your custom projection charm.

Are the crystals genuine and natural?

Yes. Every crystal used in our bracelets is 100% genuine and naturally sourced. Because they come straight from nature, each stone carries its own unique colour variations and inclusions — making every piece truly one of a kind.

How long does it take from order to delivery?

From order placement to delivery, please allow approximately 17–25 business days in total:

  • Handcrafting your piece: 10–15 business days
  • Standard shipping: 7–10 business days

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. We'll notify you by email if there are any significant delays.

How do I track my order?

You'll get an email with your tracking number the moment your piece leaves the workshop. You can also look it up any time on our Track Your Order page — just enter your tracking number or order number.

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to go live, so if it looks quiet at first, that's normal. Check your spam folder if the email hasn't arrived.

Will the bracelet fit my wrist?

Our bracelets feature an elasticated design that fits most wrist sizes (approximately 15–20 cm / 5.5–7.9 inches). If you need a custom size, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Can I return or exchange my order?

As all products are personalised and made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a quality issue with your item, please contact hello@aurmory.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.
